Property portfolio consisting of 11 Europris/Kiwi stores acquired June 2014. Development potential was identified and implemented. Trade area: approx: 12.500 m² BTA.

The portfolio weighted average remaining lease period of 3 years was increased to 9 years. Several of the properties in the portfolio was rebuilt before sale. The portfolio was sold December 2015.
